During the session the importance of how to express ones thoughts effectively was explained. It was emphasized that group discussions play a crucial role in shaping careers as they develop logical and non verbal communication skills. These discussions help in understanding team management and coordination in an organization. Additionally students learned about decision making within a group and how individual perspectives contribute to problem solving.
The training also highlighted how group discussions enhance leadership and problem solving skills helping students in their professional careers. They were encouraged to engage in such activities to improve their teamwork and communication abilities.
