4th day of Employability skill training program.

The trainees provided detailed information about analytical thinking and explained its importance. They stated that analytical thinking helps us become adaptable independent and logical. It enables us to make better decisions and identify our past mistakes allowing us to work on them effectively. It also helps us understand others perspectives leading to improved communication.
Furthermore students were informed about professional ethics which include principles such as honesty transparency and commitment. These ethical principles help regulate professional behavior. A Code of Conduct was also introduced to guide workplace behavior.
