Practical Self Defense Training for Students.

A six day self defense training program was inaugurated under the Womens Cell at Government Girls College Padha. The event was presided over by Principal Chaman Lal. The training was conducted by a representative associated with the district sports department. While addressing the students the trainer emphasized that self defense is a life skill that helps girls stay prepared for any unexpected situation in their surroundings. This training boosts womens self confidence and enables them to protect themselves without relying on others. For girls to develop strength and resilience self defense training is highly essential. The event was coordinated by Prof. Meenakshi who encouraged students by highlighting the importance of womens empowerment. She stated that such training builds confidence in students and fosters their overall development. On this occasion Prof. Suman Rani and Prof. Preeti Rani were also present.
