Surya Namaskar A Means to Absorb Infinite Energy
Munak At the Government Girls College in Pahdha on the second day of the Surya Namaskar in Every Home Every Family campaign students were trained in all stages of yoga and Surya Namaskar.
The yoga club in charge Jitendra Kumar informed the students about the benefits of Surya Namaskar. Principal Dr. Chaman Lal explained the significance of various stages of Surya Namaskar to the students emphasizing that in the modern era the physical and mental illnesses we face can only be resolved through yoga.
Surya Namaskar is a simple and versatile medium to absorb the infinite energy of the sun. In addition the yoga club in charge motivated the students to adopt Surya Namaskar in their daily lives. He explained that Surya Namaskar inspires us to become radiant and dynamic like the sun.
