Extension Lecture on Mental Health and HIV/AIDS Awareness under Youth Red Cross.

An extension lecture on Mental Health and HIV/AIDS was organized at Government Girls College, Paadha, under the leadership of Principal Dr. Vivek Ranga and the Youth Red Cross Society. Dr. Deepak Kumar guided the students on understanding their mental health problems, methods of treatment, and the importance of yoga, meditation, and professional help when required. He also highlighted the causes, symptoms, and prevention of HIV/AIDS. Prof. Sudesh Rani inspired the students to adopt Indian values and become responsible citizens, while Program In-charge Prof. Jitender encouraged them to maintain physical, mental, and spiritual health to contribute to nation-building.
