Students Sensitized About the Importance of Yoga.

A Yoga Awareness Program was organized in the college in collaboration with the AYUSH Department. Yoga trainers guided students through various yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, and cleansing techniques under the Patanjali Yoga method. The session highlighted the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of regular yoga practice. The Principal and faculty members encouraged students to adopt yoga in their daily routine to maintain a healthy body and peaceful mind.
