MEETING REGARDING MAINTENANCE OF API RECORDS
A meeting was convened for the IQAC
convener and members to discuss the
requirements for keeping detailed
records API and professional
achievements of all teaching staff members. It was decided
that all teaching
staff members shall submit their APIs copies along with
photocopies of annexure
and other required documents pertaining to their years of service
rendered in Government
College for Girls, Padha to the IQAC in charge. This will also help in
record-keeping for NAAC Accreditation process.

MEETING REGARDING DISTRIBUTION OF NAAC AND ACADEMIC AND ADMINISTRATIVE AUDIT AND SENIOR GRADE APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF MS. DEEPIKA A/P
COMPUTER SCIENCE
A meeting was convened by Ms. Sudesh Rani, Incharge, NAAC/IQAC regarding
distribution of NAAC criteria to teaching staff-members in order to make record
keeping & maintenance easy and orderly. Various heads regarding
Administrative and Academic (A&A) Audit, as per letter no. DHE-250001/ 2/2024
- Deputy Director – Statistical-DHE dated 20/2/2024, were also divided among NAAC criteria incharges in order to maintains necessary
records simultaneously and avoid over- lapping
of documentation. It was also
decided to consider application Ms. Deepika A/P COMPUTER
SCIENCE regarding approval for
submission of senior grade. All necessary documents were duly submitted for
verification purpose to the committee.

MEETING RECTARDING PROGRESS OF NAAC /A&A AUDIT
A meeting was convened by Ms Sudesh Rani, Incharge,
NAAC/IQAC regarding progress of data collection by various
NAAC
criteria incharges. All the incharges were appraised
about documentation
process & even asked to submit monthly progress report to NAAC incharge. All NAAC member attended the online meeting of
Northern Region convened by UGC regarding the
updations & changes made in the NAAC. The committee & various
incharges also discussed about the requirement of Academic &
Administrative audit. All the members were asked to collect & submit
their respective data so as to avoid delay
in the audit process.

MEETING REGARDING CONSTITUTION OF EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL FOR ACADEMIC AND ADMINISTRATIVE AUDIT COMMITTEE
A meeting was convened by Ms. Sudesh Rani, Incharge, NAAC/IQAC
regarding selection of Industrial Expect & Alumni member as the External
Members for A&A audit. Sh. Dharamvir Padha Ji, who is the member of the IQAC
of the college (external member) was decided to be of the selected as "
"Industrial Expert". Sh. Dharambir Padha ji is a renowned name in the Real Estate Industry and an
active member of the society. Ms. Ashwine, d/o Sh. Sanjeev Kumar,
also a member (Alumni member of IQAC of the college is selected as “alumni
member” . She is a certified
professional make-up artist and hair stylist. Sh. Chaman Lal Ji, Principal of the College
and Ms. Sudesh Rani Co-ordinator IQAC.

Organization of Alumni Meet - 03.06.2024:
The first Annual Alumni Meet was organized in the college on 03.06.2024. Various duties like seating arrangement, stage handling, and hospitality were distributed among staff members. Alumni of the college shared their college experiences and pleasant stories after college life. The Alumni Association President also addressed the gathering.
Celebration of International Yoga Day on 21.06.2024:
The International Yoga Day 2024 was celebrated in the college, and all staff members and students participated in the yoga practice. Principal Chaman Lal told the students about the history and benefits of yoga for balanced mind-body health.
Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra Examination (UG) May–July 2024:
Examinations of B.A/B.Com even semesters were conducted in the college. Different duties related to the examination purpose were divided among the staff members for smooth functioning. Separate Assistant Chiefs of Examinations were appointed to avoid overburdening a single faculty member. For the B.A/B.Com 2nd semester (NEP-2020), Center Superintendent and Deputy Superintendent were appointed internally as per Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra exam guidelines.
Preparation for admission process for the academic session (2024-25)
Admission committee was constituted & duties of members were assigned: admission incharge, online verification of forms, physical verification of documents, physical counseling for the students during the time of admission.
Dedicated help desk was set up to answer queries of new students & parents regarding different formalities related to the admission process.

The staff members & students of the college participated in Van Mahotsava 2024 celebrations at Oxyvan Sector, Karnal on 13.07.2024.

Under the chairmanship of Principal Shri Chaman Lal Ji, an important IQAC meeting was held. In this IQAC meeting, Dr. Sudesh Rani presented detailed information about the various activities conducted in the college and the upcoming activities planned. Several important discussions took place in the meeting, and the following key points were noted:
1. First, Dr. Sudesh Rani, IQAC Coordinator, along with Principal Dr. Suman Rani, all faculty members, Dr. Karamjeet and Dr. Jitender Kumar, presented a detailed review of the academic session 2023-2024 API records.
2. Dr. Sudesh Rani provided necessary suggestions regarding the affiliation renewal of seminar schools.
3. The upcoming Semester-1 (Non-NEP Exams) will begin on 25-11-2024. Necessary instructions regarding the exams were discussed.
4. Various committees will conduct necessary inspections and submit their reports concerning the academic year 2024-2025.
5. Training sessions will be organized for academic excellence. Workshops and training programs at the national level will be planned, and necessary provisions will be made for their execution.
6. A detailed review of various activities conducted from July 2024 to November 2024 was presented.
7. Under Research and Startup Cell, 03 MOUs (Memorandums of Understanding) were signed.
8. Various programs and activities under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India Campaign) will be conducted.
Under Women’s Promotion, programs such as Mehendi application, diya (lamp) decoration, rangoli making, and nail art were organized.
Under the Haryana Vidhan Sabha Elections 2024, awareness campaigns such as SVEEP, voter awareness rally, voter pledge ceremony, and other activities were conducted.
Under the National Service Scheme (NSS), various types of programs were organized in the college campus, including blood donation camp, tree plantation drive, awareness campaigns, and other activities.
Various activities were conducted under different departments of the college.
